Our Services
At Living Roots Wellness, we believe in nourishing wellness from the roots up. Our services are designed to uncover what your body is trying to tell you — so we can support healing at the source, not just manage surface symptoms.
We start every client journey with HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) and Nutritional Therapy services. This allows us to skip the trial-and-error approach and instead work with real data and clinical insight. Rather than chasing symptoms, we look for patterns and imbalances to build a full picture of what your body truly needs.
Nutritional Therapy is a collaborative process where we dig into your health history, your food habits, your symptoms, and your lifestyle — all with grace and curiosity. Together, we build a protocol that supports your body’s foundational systems. Our goal is to help you feel equipped, not overwhelmed, and supported every step of the way.
Nutritional Therapy uses diet, lifestyle, and supplemental changes to support the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself. As a nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP), I will use a nutritional assessment, interview questions, and food/mood journals to make bio-individual recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and supplements to support your goals. A NTP views the client and their goals from a holistic or whole body approach. Nutritional therapy operates around 5 foundations: sleep, stress, digestion, nutrient-dense diet, and blood sugar regulation. Knowledge of these foundations and how they affect our bodies allows us to listen to what our body is telling us (symptoms) and make adjustments on how to best support our body’s needs at any given time.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a powerful, non-invasive hair test that gives us insight into your body’s mineral balance, stress response, and metabolic function over the last 2-3 months. Minerals are elements that are essential for hundreds of physiological functions, including nerve signaling, muscle contraction, electrolyte balance, digestion, pH regulation, bone structure, blood sugar balance...the list goes on. Think of minerals like “spark plugs” because they act as cofactors for thousands of metabolic reactions in your body. Heavy metals are elements that are toxic when they accumulate in the body. We are exposed daily to heavy metals via our food, water, and environment. Reducing exposure is important, but it is just as critical to support the body’s ability to detox and excrete heavy metals. HTMA provides insight into your metabolic type, mineral status, heavy metal excretion, and mineral ratios. This is valuable information that allows me to make accurate and bio-individual recommendations to support your body from a cellular level.
My role as your NTP and HTMA practitioner is to educate you on how your body functions, how the foundations relate to you, and clue you in on what your body is trying to tell you. My goal is to support you, through recommendations and education, to help you reach your goals. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you deepen your understanding of your body, build trust in its wisdom, and nourish wellness from the roots up.

Using your HTMA results and keeping your medications in mind, I will recommend supplements to help balance your minerals. There are a few options for this, even though there is really only one in my book. Let me explain:
Option 1 - Vykon Customs - This is non-negotiable in my book because this is a 100% customized supplement for you based on your HTMA results. When it comes to restoring your body’s mineral balance, we don’t want to waste time guessing — and we don’t want to overload your routine with 20+ pills a day. That’s why I strongly recommend the Vykon Customs Powder as a part of your protocol.
This isn’t a generic multivitamin — it’s a fully customized supplement powder made just for you, based on your HTMA results and symptom profile. It delivers targeted, therapeutic doses of minerals and cofactors your body actually needs — in two easy, daily scoops.
Why It Works:
Absorbs faster and more efficiently than capsules
Delivers the exact mineral ratios your body is craving
Replaces what would otherwise be 20+ capsules daily
Minimizes overwhelm, maximizes convenience
Helps you feel better, faster — with fewer detours
It’s an investment, yes — but one that saves you time, energy, and money over piecing together multiple products that often don’t work in synergy. Vykon powders run about $300 for a 3-4 month supply. If you're ready to truly support your body from the inside out, the Vykon Custom Powder is your shortcut to real results.
Option 2 - I will pick 3-4 different supplements that I think will give us the biggest bang for our buck.
Option 3 - Nutrition only route. While it is possible to use diet alone to change your mineral patterns, you must be very dedicated to ensuring you are getting enough milligrams of minerals per day. This can be very overwhelming for someone that is already chronically fatigued.
